Pants On The Ground And The Boys Go Downtown

Thanks to good neighbors and the willingness to call 911 a bunch of burglary suspects get busted. They ran after crashing a car into a pole, but like most young thugs, their pants hanging down low to the ground prevented them from out-running the police.
When are these kids going to learn? Prolly never.
