I'm mostly a lurker, but I decided to register.

For styles, I spent several years in Kenpo as a kid. Now as an adult, I've been studying Muay Thai/kickboxing for several months now.

Hi Shima. I didn't grow up in the Bay Area. I studied Kenpo under Jim and Judy Clapp at American Karate Studios in Delaware. They're listed on the Ed Parker tree, though without branches.

Ah ok, I didn't grow up in the bay area myself either (just moved here last summer) but now I study Kenpo as a few months ago. (Under Bill & Pati Grossman in South San Francisco)
