Are they worth it? I'm considering getting one of the inexpensive ones with three arms that sits on the floor in front of you. I'm planning on going all out and getting myself as fit and as flexible as I can this year!

I use a 3 bar with a cog system that locks the legs out

I liked them. Good for watching tv.

Have one. Seldom used. Was a gift to the school. Much appreciated but body weight and dynamic stretching is used far more and can be done most anywhere.

I didn't either, before I hit 50 and arthritis kicked in. Which is why I had it for years collecting dust in my closet
