Does everyone remember the polar bear cub that some whacko conservationist wanted to have put down because it was going to have to raised by humans?

Well this little fellow, Knut, is not so little anymore and has just had his first birthday.

Glad to see he got on so well - not so cute and white now tho' is he :lol:.

Is it yet time to introduce the barmpot conservationist to him? Not destroying the world you live in is one thing ... not saving a life you can easily save is another.

I think that the headcase should be in Berlin every year at this time to give Knut a big hug. He is an animal rights activist isn't he? Doesn't that mean he likes animals?
