We have been doing something similar here. we have a VPI Offender Probation and regular probation. VPI's are determined through a bunch of factors and are identified as having a much higher risk to be murdered or to commit murder. I dont know exactly what the factors are but I know these guys are more closely watched and even smallest infractions they are immediately put back in jail.
