Interesting Read on Aaron Cook

Here's a good story on Aaron Cook:

Some interesting tidbits that show Cook's long road to the elite level. I'm sure lots of our American Taekwondoin have similar stories of sacrifice.

1. Cook started out in the ITF style when he was 5

2. When he switched styles his parenst had to drive him to a dojang 50 miles away from their home, thrice weekly. That was the closest WTF school.

3. Cook's father also built him a gym in the back yard, so that he (Cook) could train there before and after school each day.

4. The parents relocated homes to be close to a Taekwondo center in Manchester
