Interested ground skill

I don’t see anything that would be helpful except for exercise. Even if you did want solo exercise drills, something like this would be far more useful for BJJ:
 
I skipped around to random points-the most useful thing I saw is practice in getting back on/off the ground to stand up quickly. Outside of that, like tony said, exercise and flexibility is never a bad thing.
 
It may well help in one’s overall athleticism but not directly towards one’s skill within BJJ...other than one’s athleticism.
