Terrible, but not as uncommon as you'd like to think. Slavery is alive, well and growing throughout the world. There's debt slavery in India and Pakistan. The cacao plantations of West Africa are largely run on slave labor. But the majority is women and children as sex slaves, domestics or both.

Yes it is going on in lot's of places. It is still terrible though!

A slaver is the lowest form of life. I'm normally against the death penalty and absolutely against murder. For that kind of evil killing is just fine with or without a trial.

Unfortunately a large number of these slaves are Southeast Asian women. Devaluation of women, ideals that a female should reflect obedience and submission, widestreched poverty and punitive social customs that prompt desperate fathers into a choice between selling his daughter off or losing any meager subsistence and community respect he possibly has.

Its a huge issue and one that won't be solved anytime soon. I just pray that the people that are caught are punished very very severely.
