Hi Martial Artists
Sorry i forgot to tell you that I also teach for my teacher Eddie Cave on Saturdays at a Dojo in Schaapkraal, Grassy Park. The students here are not patients from our hospital. They are healthy and do not require special medical attention. It is great to see them come from different areas in the Cape Peninsula, to learn Karate, Taiji Quan, Kick Boxing, Nei Gong and Qi Na. We have lots of fun. The age groups range from 11 years to 67 (i.e. a very active granny). I am so grateful that I have had the privilege to train in the Budo and Wushu Arts. My work as a Health Care Professional is very demanding but extremely enjoyable. The Martiall Arts is a wonderful blessing. For this I am very grateful to my Teacher and Mentor.
