My own personal view on this is, it depends on the person not the art. If the person can perform and use it partical then the art is useful. No art is better then the other. There is a counter for every counter.

There are hundreds of arts out there that no one had heard of. For example, on the History channel, "Human Weapon" Thai Martial Arts has several arts that I did not know exsist. They also use weapons in their art as well as open hand. Lots of people know them as Muay Thai kickboxing fighters. I thought the same until I watched Human Weapon.

So, the question again is: What is the best, most practical FMA out there to use on the streets? There is no wrong or right answer. Just a POLE to see how people see different arts.

I have a few that I think is practical, FMA Style.
