Those who are interested in seeing MMA in a cinematic context should check out Flashpoint. The action director and co-star, Donnie Yen, has become a big fan of MMA and it really shows in the fight choreography here. Everything from your traditional punches and kicks to flying knees and elbows to throws, takedowns, arm bars, triangles, and rear-naked chokes.

Very intense fight scenes, worth a look for MMA fans

Moves of note:
Subdue a resisting badguy with a flying arm bar.
Duck-under into a suplex
Ground and Pound
Body slam (inspired by Quinton Jackson, according to Yen : )

I have this on DVD and it is probably one of the best movies that came out in Hong Kong in a very long time. Great story and one of the best pure fight scenes (no wire work) in God knows how long. Donnie Yen vs. Collin Chou (Seraph from the Matrix).

I have the special edition dvd and on the interview section on disc 2 if I am not mistaken Donnie and Collin only chereographed a little of their fight....they pretty much just went at it.
