Hello I have heard (possibly erroneously) that in ninjutsu you try to perform the act of slowing time, or I suppose enhanced perception.
Is this true? I know a lot of high level athletes do this and I would like to learn how but my coach does not know what to do.
Is this is a ninjutsu practice how may I begin the path to enhanced perception?
