Looking for new Idea's for a new curriculum for beginners mostly childern. I'm interested in retention until they can get use to the harder training that my school does, any help would be appreciated and please looking for a realistic answer. Not play games and turn it into a daycare.

That can happen if your not careful. I think it depends on the age of the kids as well as the size of the class and boys to girls ratio.

Keep in mind that children learn through play, some games are all not to bad. For example; "Flag Sparring" each have two flags, much like flag football, and they need to grab them in a sparing like situation. A good way to learn strategy.
