Century Bob Partner and Training

Hello Guys, nobody of you use a Century Bob Dummy for his training ?
I do, this is my last training session

that lasting about two hours and half, I think is too much, how many time should last a training like this ?

I use a BOB. I usually practice for 30 minutes, as soon as Eastenders comes on I stick the kettle on, make the wife a cup of tea, and go and play with bob until it finishes.
