Brutal "portal to Hell" attack stopped by hero wrestler (BJJer?) neighbor

In a nutshell, a perp trespasses on to two 50-something women's property and rummages through their storage shed looking for the "portal to Hell." When they intervene, he hacks at them with a knife, putting them both in critical care.

The attack was thwarted by their neighbor, Mr. Hernan Agudelo who used wrestling and a novelty baseball bat to subdue the vicious attacker.

As a sidenote, if someone is rummaging through your stuff looking for the portal to hell, imo the best answer would be 'it's over there underneath/behind that xyz'
