Book Help - Kikkikwon books?

I wonder if any of you WTF'ers can help me.

Have you heard of the following books:
1. Kukkiwon Poomsae Textbook
2. Kukkiwon hand book

Are they seperate and different books in their own right or are they the same book or maybe somesones different term for the Kukkiwon Textbook or The Textbook of Taekwondo Poomsae?

Also, are The Textbook of Taekwondo Poomsae and Kukkiwon Textbook different books or the same by different names?

Finally, are they all issued by the Kukkiwon themselves?

The latest version of the Kukkiwon text book comes in 2 books. TKD Text book I. Basic Motions of TKD- Taegeuk Poomse. The Second, TKD Textbook II. Poomsae-TKD Demonstration-TKD Competition Rules and Interpertation-Training of TKD Players.
The two parts are the entire Kukkiwon curriculum. The best comparitive would be General Chois Bible for the ITF.
Book I is grey and orange and book II is grey and blue. They used to be one book but in this last revision they were re born in two parts.

Same thing. Yes, put out by the Kukkiwon.
