His technique didn't seem too bad. It seemed that he wasn't applying power though, particularly at the end of the segment. It seemed like he was trying to show the board holders the kicks/punches he was going to do shortly. The irony of course is the one time he breaks the board well, a kid gets hurt.

It was too funny to watch. LMAO. But yes I do believe he used speed and pulled the kick or punch as if a small amount of power was needed. He needed to follow through. Even with one board. Lol.
