A terrifying experience for the lady who was the victim and very stressful for the Officers involved in dealing with it.
So a costly incident both in terms of emotions and dollars and for what?
As an aside and not belittling at all what the poor lass went through, could it be something as simple as a fellows 'advances' being rejected (the victim is quite a stunner) and trying to 'get his own back'?
