Hello, They say one out of every four women get rape. One of the most terrible crimes to any person. They are scar for life.

Yet it is the criminals who gets more rights here, and release often too,only to do it again and again.

Jail time does no cure..so when release...watch out..you could be next.

With all the studies and research done on this field...it is common knowledge, the rapist is rarely cured. Most are never cured. (our judges/and laws...so far behind.

Why do we let them go? FBI numbers show 70% of all crimes committed,comes from repeat offenders.

Is it possible to stop most of the crimes? Off course....but not our government the way it is run.

Man make the rules....only man can change them.

the cost of keeping a person in jail, aveages about ($32.000, per person per year)..some higher/some lower.

In Hawaii,...education per child is only $8,000.00 per student, per year.

Only in the last 100 years or so...have governments needs for jails...and very long terms too. Why?

There are so much other people that could use the government help..Aloha
