Not sure that you'll be able to. That would be a whole lot of weight to try to get into an ankle weight. You might find some weighted boots.

Do you intend to run with these, or do some other kind of weight training exercises? I highly recommend you do not run with anything remotely close to that much weight. Your joints will likely be injured, honestly I cannot imagine how it would even be possible. 2-5 pounds for running is probably plenty for most people, and even then proceed with caution, run on a softer surface, not the concrete.

Ankle weights with that much weight would be incredibly bulky. I highly doubt anyone makes them.

Heavy ankle weights will not be your friend.

That sounds like a really bad idea, far too heavy imo. I wouldn't wear ankle weights regardless of their weight.

This has to be a bot’s posting.

I knew an early 80s Karate nutter who wore weighted boots everyday virtually all day for a couple of months (traditional iron geta were available in those days in the UK).

When he took them off, he was stiff as a board and his kicking ability was much diminished despite him feeling they were faster!

Progressive weight training is the very best way ahead!

So yes I trained my body thoroughly before using weights because I genuinely hate weights so 1000 x 4 reps sit ups squats Push ups pull ups . Stretching running etc .. I got basic strength or body for no risk of weight...
Now I usually can't control strength so I'm working that. But it feels like your floating
I'm running 30 miles daily in morning

Too be gentle... you are exaggerating. At a 6 minute mile pace, 30 miles would take 3 hours. I "gain" 40 lbs dressing out for work... and carrying g that around for 12 hours takes a toll, even if you spend much of the day sitting.

You're claims are not credible.
