50 years ago - free style wrestling then SAMBO
40 years ago - Yoga
30 years ago - Tai Chi
20 years ago - Xing Yi Quan then long break
9 years ago - Dynanic Tension and Xing Yi Quan again.

Now that's old....I started my first formal martial arts training at 11. It was a birthday gift, so, as of this past June, I've been training 50 years.
Went by quickly!

Well, we have the same number of training years but I started when I was 21!Congratulations on that admirable milestone! I too started training at the age of 5. Which means October of this year will make 37 years of training in Moo Duk Kwan TKD for me.
I started a week ago Thursday. But only to get a free gi. Which I hung in my closet to intimidate my other clothes.
