What is Sumo Sparring?

I'm reading the June issue of Totally TKD and I noticed there were some British tournament results published for 'Sumo Sparring'. Anyone know what this is?

Once in a while we do some kynd of shyrum wresting (korean wrestling) in the dojang, shyrum consist of two people face each other standing and trying to unbalance the other to fall to the mat, the fisrt people who touches the mat with any part but the feet is the losser. We also do kneeling shyrum and even seating shyrum.
