The scheduled chats for the chatroom

What do we need to do to get more specific chats going on? Do the users here have to bug the seniors here or do the seniors here say they are available for such and such time? I'm curious 'cause our chat with the Goldendragon was quite a while ago. Are there any coming up with any other people?

Ok...chat room "Target" goal:

Weekly scheduled chats every day. Possibly 2 or 3. (sort of like talk radio) covering multiple topics.

Problem: Many seniors either are unaware of MT or avoid forums.
Problem: Scheduling
Problem: The software sucks.
Problem: Agreeing on a format.
Problem: Underusage

We are 200% open to suggestions on how to fix these things. The key here is, we need your help. We need to know who you want to see in chat. We need to know how to contact them. Since this site doesn't generate a lot of $$, they have to be willing to do it for free.

I can't justify spending money on the better software unless theres a higher usage of what we've got. If theres a huge demand, maybe we can have a fund raiser to purchase the better stuff.

I'm open to ideas and help in getting em off the ground.
