ha ha ha.. So that what those exercises are for. Funny thing about it is that this is what I teach in self-defense class. Not actually doing it, but the concept of kicking the groin vs just grabbing a handful and see what falls off. I guess it's better than being choked out in a real fight lol.

No all of the groin strikes and techniques make found in CMA forms make sense.. Must have been a lot of groin strikes back then.

That square bag is too light. It should be 16 lb - 20 lb.

This is better shape for that square bag. It's should be 3 dimensional shape instead of just 2 dimensional shape.

thats is a three d bag, otherwise it would be a piece of paper, but yes 19 lb 6 oz to light

Yeah there have been a few effective groin grabs show up on video recently. Same with bites.

how ever one of the ones i saw the person got kicked in the back of the head for doing it. and also dragged two people against them into it.
