ha ha ha.. So that what those exercises are for. Funny thing about it is that this is what I teach in self-defense class. Not actually doing it, but the concept of kicking the groin vs just grabbing a handful and see what falls off. I guess it's better than being choked out in a real fight lol. No all of the groin strikes and techniques make found in CMA forms make sense.. Must have been a lot of groin strikes back then.
