Women's self defense

I will be teaching a womens self defense class at Curves this Saturday. There are 12 women pre-registered already. I always enjoy these classes. I enjoy meeting new people, hearing their experiences, finding out why they are there and specifically what they want to get from the class, and of course I enjoy the teaching. The class is a beginner level class with a bit of an introduction to martial arts as well. There is usually at least one woman that likes it enough to join martial arts. Every upcoming weekend is booked with a class or demo and i couldn't be happier. :0)
