Hi all, I've been away awhile :) i have been busy spending time with my awesome daughters, teaching seminars, and running my school which has now been in business 25 years! I hope everyone is doing great and I wish everyone Happy Holidays!

I will be teaching a kubotan class here Nov 23. I teach this about once per year and I love the range of students that I get for this: college students, moms, kids, and martial artists. The class covers basic strikes as well as some pain compliance techniques. This is always a fun class!
