Sparring seminar Saturday Jan. 16th 1pm

I will be teaching a sparring seminar this Saturday. Topic covered will be bridging the gap. How to bridge the gap without missing or getting hit! Thats the challenge! :0) I will cover some blitzing and well as angular footwork and also using counter fighting strategy. The beginning of the class will be drills and then there will several rounds of sparring. This class will be LOTS of fun and I am looking forward to it!
