Does anyone have a list of the movements for this form? I can't seem to get the detailed list for the 16, there are many lists for the longer forms and for the short Chen forms but not this one. Any help gratefully received.

I don't think the Yang Family has a Standardized sword 16 form, is this a competition form? And are you referring to the Jian or the Dao

Yang Family forms list

Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan 67 Movement Sword Form

Saber Form 13 Posture Poem

It's a Jian form.
16 Tai Chi sword this is one reference that I found with 18 moves for the 16 form, but it is in Chinese and Google Translate didn't make me any the wiser. Maybe it isn't a standardised form, but many websites say it is.
This is a YouTube video of the form I mean:

Don't know the form but from what I can find the person doing the form is Wu Amin and it is possible that she designed the form herself and that it is a competition form, as Duan level form or both. Not traditional Yang. I am not real strong on reading characters but if I had to venture a guess #1 is opening and #18 is closing

There are a few on MT that are much MUCH better at characters than I am
