Anyone remember Louis Negalia(sp?)the kick boxer?
How about Arlene Limas(point fighter)?
Linda Denley(point fighter)?
Brian Fong(Fung?)(kenpo kata winner)?
John Longstreet(karate man)?
Anyone know where they all vanished to?

Super Dan is still around he post here (of course you know that) He also is now a Guru in PMA and very good at. He has written a book on it as well.

Most of the people that were mentioned probably got burned out of fighting and decided to settle down. they got married have kids ect. same thing happened to Steve Rice ,Chris Romero, Ray Leal, John "Big T" Turnage, Jim Muse, Ken Firestone, Jim McClure, Jamie Mathews and others. Some guys like Jeff Newton went into MMA.
It takes a lot of work to continue that level of competition. You basically are full time professional karate people. Dont really have much of a life other than training and competing.
