Kiri Sage translates as "Lowering Cut", and is the name of one of the Kata from Kukishin Ryu Bikenjutsu. In terms of the technique itself, it is probably best for your instructor to guide you, as they will be better able to explain it to you (in your own language, as well as in terms that suit your understanding).
