What do you think about doing dumbells and weights ?

yes , that , whats your opinion about combine muay thai with excercices with dumbells at a gym , or at your home.

what exc do you do ? and how mucho weight ? and how many repetitions ?

nothing more for now thanks.
 
I don't mind doing (beating up) a dumbell and then waiting to see what they do... :uhyeah: :boing2:

I don't understand why all MAists don't do weights. I used to do 3 sets of 10, as much weight as you can, just like everyone says you should. But now I'm experimenting with integrating it with circuit training, like alternating it with burpees and ab work.

Stretch before and after, and seek qualified instruction. Drink lots of water, and eat properly. Big weights, major muscle groups. You don't need exotic moves to exercise some tiny, unheardof muscle group.
