I started learning tiger claw 2 months ago, but my sifu is learning me just teqniques for now. I know that i've just started but being a high rank at tai chi it's normal that the first level of any martial arts seem to be a piece of cake. I just wanna know, how can i make my tiger claw stronger?? i've heard that i should make push-ups with my fingers and that i have to hit my fingers at hard things like wall or wood. Are they real ways or fakes? And if you can trust me anything else please do so. I don't seek this knowledge for bad purpose neither i want to seek more power for the power itself.

my email is **REMOVED AS PER TOS Section 9**

Fingertip push-ups are a great way to get started on toughening the tendons and joints in the fingers but to strengthen your grabbing and tearing muscles you have to do excercises like repeatedly squeezing a tennis ball or holding onto a brick. There's a few ideas at the beginning of this video posted by another MT user:: http://www.56.com/u20/v_NDA1Njg4MDE.html
