The Parachute Regiment Instructors here on Catterick Garrison have put together something that will challenge you mentally and physically while raising money for the troops injured in Afghanistan and Iraq. If you can, come and have a go! One of the instructors is also one of our martial arts instructors and pro MMA fighter Sandy Geddes. Civilians as well as overseas troops if they can make it very welcome! Despite the fact it's challenging you will be very well looked after with first class medics, water stations etc. Dare ya!

We'll put you up! You get a choice lol! A sleeping bag in our Dojo or a nice comfy bed in my daughter's house....in a stable yard way up on the North Yorks Moors! You have to like horses lol!
Military we'll find transit accom for or the Dojo.
