Small Guy Jiu-Jitsu

There's a YouTube channel -The Art of Skill- which over the last few years has focused a lot of its content on "BJJ Over 40", including the host of the channel (Rick Ellis) hosting yearly seminars on that exact topic.

I've always been the shortest and lightest at my gym...or at least in the bottom 2. Now I'm on a weight loss journey (for a number of reasons), and the size gap between me and most of the folks is growing bigger. For example, my best friend was medium/heavy as a white belt, and I was medium. Now I'm light and he's heavy, and I'm targeting feather as the stopping point in my journey.

Are there channels dedicated to "small guy jiu-jitsu" in the same way that Rick Ellis has focused on old guy jiu-jitsu? Advice on how to train, how to handle bigger folks, etc.?

I meant someone where that is the focus of the channel, not a single video. Rick Ellis has dedicated about 1/4 of his videos to the subject of old guy jiu-jitsu.

Check out Tim Cartmell. Small but incredibly effective.
