anyhoo so i was reading Essence of Ninjutsu by Soke Hatsumi and the following listed names of the Iga Ninja families:-
Tozawa, Fujiwara, Minamoto, Taira, MOMOCHI, HATORI, Izumo, Okuni, Tsutsumi, Arima, Hata, Mizuhara, Shima, TOGAKURE, Ise, Sakagami, Narita, Oda, Mori, Abe, Ueno, Otsuka, Ibuki, Kaneko etc, etc havent listed all of them (if you have the book look on page 179 at the bottom half) anyway i have noticed that alot of these family names appear in Shinden Fudo Ryu, Kukishinden Ryu and Takagi Yoshin Ryu. My question is how come when these particular schools where pre-dominantley Samurai Ryu-ha. The same names are mentioned in Ninpo Secrets.
