i wanted to know if a low rear roundhouse punch would be the same as a rear roundhouse punch but crouched down

Round-House punches = Hook-Punches.
If you're throwing a low one it is idealy to the floating rib, kidney, or liver (depending as to what hand you are throwing with). If you're throwing it high it is idealy to the jaw, temple or outside of the eye socket.
