By "our guys" I really mean the owner and head coach at Combat Sport and Fitness. Jeff Hougland is a brown belt in BJJ under my coach and runs an affiliate school in Enumclaw. He's a really great guy who works very hard. I'm really excited for him and hope he does well.

Donny Walker, another veteran fighter who's put in time in the minor leagues. He came to our BJJ school over 4 years ago as a blue belt in BJJ. He's got great muay thai, and in recent years his jits has really taken off. He also coaches several young MMA fighters, many up and comers.

Okay guys. Here's an update. Jeff is on weight and doesn't anticipate any issues with the weigh ins this afternoon.

His fight is on the undercard, and will be one of four fights streamed live on Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/UFC?sk=app_116056818485426

I don't know if you have to "like" the UFC in order to watch it or not.

Jeff's fight will probably be the first one on the card, and the fights are scheduled to start at 3pm Pacific Time. So... whatever that is where you live.
