Good morning. I hope this message finds you well!
I wanted to take a quick break from the usual instructional clips and release some older footage that we have been trying to to get online for some time.
This clip was filmed at the health club I manage. The gentleman I am working with is Mr. Joel Daugherty who is an Black Belt Instructor at our school in Pittsburgh.
I hope you enjoy this week's "On the Mat"! Please note that next week we will release our new instructional clip on Striking Set One.
Also, if you are interested... we will be hosting the 2006 Pittsburgh Mini Camp on August 26th and 27th featuring Doce Pares Grandmaster Cacoy Canete and Kenpo Senior Professor Zach Whitson. There will also be special guests, including; Mr. Tim Hartman, Mr. Ingmar Johansson from Sweden, Mrs. Dian Tanaka, and many more!
