My impression of my professor coaching me during pass/sweep positional rolls today

I got 98% there. Missed the sweep by [__] that much.

I'm actually not good at real-time coaching during rolls. After the fact, I'm really good at showing the student where they got into trouble and how to adjust, but when I try to coach them during a roll, I'm more likely to just confuse them. (I'm much better at live coaching boxing rounds, where there's less complexity.)
