Don't bother clicking, though, if you're counting calories...

http://www.baskinrobbins.com/nutrition/Product.aspx?Category=Beverages&id=BV228

Basically, a milkshake with loads of Heath bar chips, Baskin Robbins' excellent ice cream, coffee, caramel, and all sorts of other tasty treats.

The downside?

320% of your recommended saturated fat daily input

and

2300+ calories (more than 100% of your recommended daily allowance)

Of course, the Recess Peanut Butter Cup shake isn't too much healthier:

http://www.baskinrobbins.com/Nutrition/product.aspx?Category=Beverages&id=BV231

At least, though, it "only" has 300% of the recommended daily allowance for saturated fats!

If you drink a shake and don't work out/run afterwards... yeah it's gonna be bad for you... but if you get off of MT and your **** and run a mile or two or even walk a few blocks around your neighborhood... then the shake shouldn't be a problem, neh?

OK, you're making me hungry.

I have a B-R shake probably twice a week on average, as my dinner. They know me there!
