Interesting!

I don't see the term "palakaw" used that often. We used it in DP to describe a similar drill (though solo baston / single stick in our school). How are you using the term, out of curiosity?

EDIT: We also sometimes used the term to describe a form of footwork. Just to make things more confusing.
