Just curious because I'm trying to trace my Kenpo roots back to their origins. I have been stumped recently, as I believe my instructor's, instructor's, instructor was Master Dan Babcock. Unfortunately, I can find little on him with the exception that he was promoted through the Tracy Kenpo system; he is listed on their site, but there is little to be found on the man himself - even through an internet search. I seem to remember that he was involved in some sort of controversy, but I can't remember what it was. I'm not looking to open a bashing thread if he was, I am just trying to trace the Kenpo roots.
Any information on a Master Babcock family tree (if one exists) would be greatly appreciated.
