Dear Student, Kenpo is not easy too learn, you may be exeperincing diffuculty in transitioning from one movement into the next phase. Are your lesson PRIVATE or GROUP CLASS? If Group Class you may consider private lessons, after class have your instructor explain in detail, break-down & demostrate transitional phase . Kenpo Students must keep, "detailed notes of all self-defense techniques as well as their SETS and FORMS. Remember, Practice! Practice!Practice! untill it feels natural.
