Punch or kick a balloon races.

We've done obstacle course races (where the obstacles involve a punch, kick, etc.)

Full contact, crab walk, soccer is also fun (everyone in sparring gear, must stay in crab walk position, basic rules soccer rules, but you can punch and kick the people near the ball - from the crab walk position)

Ninja Freze - instructor at the front of the room, everyone starts at the back (a big room helps). Instructor turns away from the students, and everyone runs towards him. As soon as he turns around, you must freeze. If you don't freeze, instructor sends you back to the back of the room. First to touch the instructor wins.

Freeze tag. If you trust the kiddos to not kill each other, you can have them pad up and "IT" has to connect with a specific technique (maybe to a specific target) to freeze someone. They have to be unfrozen in the same way.

FWIW the relay races with Balloons 1. - Punch the Balloon across the floor and Back 2. Front snap kick the Ballooon across the floor and back worked better than expected due to the difficulty of controlling the direction of the balloon.

 

[Fusion Taekwondo LLC]

Taekwondo Baseball.
1. Set up all the bases.
2. Create two teams
3. Students have to kick the ball using a turning kick.

This is similar to kickball but instead of just kicking, students must practice their chambers to kick the ball properly.
