Jow Ga is not as widely known as some other styles of martial arts so I thought I'll share a few things about it. For those who may be interested in seeing what it's about.

Description from video:
Going over how to take form to fighting. Working on a technique from Faa Kyun / Flower Fist in the Jow Ga Kung Fu system. Techniques need to be practiced slowly at first, but you have to work up to full speed for it to be useful. Your attacker also has to be realistic and can't stand there waiting to be hit. This happens too much in videos showing application. Train Alive.
