I am doing the arrangements to go back to kenpo karate clases, I quit kenpo on may 2010 and feel I need to go back with the guys and have a nice pain inoculation sesion.

Let's see how thing will showing up and maybe at the end of the month will be training kenpo again.

No kenpo yet. The kenpo classes superposed with the TKD classes I teach, howevere Kenpo is in my mind and in fact I will borrow some kenpo techs to incorporate to my Ho Si Sul to teach my students.
