Most of what I have learned with my Jang Bong is self taught, though I was fortunate to find a local who was actually a master from another style. There are a lot of forms and teachers online that I was able to find as well. However, a great deal of the online teaching was for tricks and creative forms as opposed to traditional forms and I have found next to nothing regarding practical use as a weapon of self defense. I continue to work with my Jang Bong, research, practice and teach what I have learned to others.
