Gloves (Best of the Best)

Okay, the gloves that the fighters wore in the tournament finale. They seem to be a cross between the old-school Kempo globes and a predecessor to the MMA glove. Is there an actual good photo of what these gloves look like. Same as the old ‘gung fu gloves’ you’d see in the Hong Kong magazines. Like what Ho Chung Tao wore in DYNAMO (1978).

I thought they were the old Kempo/kung fu gloves.

Modern MMA sparring gloves are a lot better by the way.

Yeah, those look like the prototype for the MMA gloves. Also seen in PENITENTIARY III (1987).

The old debt collectors. Yeah they were nasty gloves.

There is no padding. Just rolled up leather.

We used to have a guy train in those.
