Found yet another (helpful) interesting website.
Ever call up a company and get the if you would like english press 1, if you like to have spanish press2... if you want to speak to a claims representative press 495.. and so on?

This site apparently had cracked the codes that allow you to dial directly to the company and get a human being without listening to 4000 options to choose from...
