I'm about 3/4 of the way through Rory Miller's book and as a non-LEO I find it really insightful and well done. I'm wondering if any of you guys have anything to say about it.

Having read most of his books, i found it insightful. Its interesting how much you think you know about Law Enforcement especially.

It's well written, and has a lot of good things. But a few parts (I'll have to look again to be specific) reflect Rory's experience in corrections, and there are some differences to working the streets. All in all, I freely recommend it (especially 2 paragraphs... You might figure out why if you read the dedication/thank yous )
